Richard Bliss Brooke has been a full time Network Marketing distributor, corporate executive and/or owner since 1977.
He is the author of the highly acclaimed Mach 2 with Your Hair on Fire, Mailbox Money and The Four Year Career™.
In March 1992 Success Magazine did the first ever positive feature article on the MLM industry in a major publication. Richard was co-featured on the cover. In 1999 he was inducted into the MLM Hall of Fame. He has been the President of Oxyfresh since 1986.

Scott Southworth has been a Distributor with Oxyfresh since 1991, a Regional Director since 1999 and an active contributor to the corporate team since 2005.
He is an entrepreneur with a diverse business background ranging from commercial real estate, national franchising, software development, manufacturing and aviation. Scott brings a wealth of experience to the corporate team.
As vice president of sales, Scott works closely with field leaders and the corporate executive team to facilitate the development and implementation of the most advanced business building tools in the industry.

Janine Avila joined Oxyfresh in 2006. She was formerly senior vice president of marketing of a large health services firm in Oklahoma City. Janine brings to Oxyfresh more than 20 years of MLM sales and marketing experience in both the field and corporate environments.
At Oxyfresh, she serves as a liaison between the corporate office and field leadership and takes on an instrumental role in leadership conferences and training, regional rallies, promotions, incentive programs and conference calls.
Janine works closely with the Advisory Board, Empire Builders, the President’s Circle and other Oxyfresh leaders. She has authored hundreds of articles that have helped successfully train Distributors in the areas of business building, time management, organization and selling. Janine lives in La Grange, California.
